New Home Design Over 3,300 sq. ft.- Judges' Award James Gregg of Gregg Custom Building was awarded the Judges' Award for this cape cod design with southern charm. This ten thousand sq. ft. home contains a two-level basement that houses a gym and a sauna, and a herpaquarium. The homeowner wanted vaulted ceilings, built-in cabinetry, cherry and walnut steps to the basement, a geothermal heating system, an intricate sound system, and integrated security system, and an intercom telephone system. Many complex structural challenges were met and overcome to complete this amazing home! |
